15-29 days prior to arrival: 50% refund

14 days or less prior to arrival: no refund unless we obtain a rental during that time
Cancellation fees may vary at holidays or for peak rental periods. We will notify you of any changes at the time of booking. If you have canceled your reservation and incur a cancellation fee we will refund your deposit if we are able to obtain a rental during that time.

This is a home for a more discriminating vacation family or traveler.  Don’t you and your family or loved ones deserve better?   You can find cheaper homes but not one like this.

The house sleeps 6 travelers comfortably.  Families are welcome.  You can also try sleeping on the rooftop patio.  The house is also air conditioned/heated.   TV and DVD, bring your favorite movies.  The water is filtered with a state of the art UV and 4 stage filtration system.  The secluded beach is approximately 100 yards from your door.  Community pool, spa, separate lap pool, restaurant w/free WiFi,  golf within one mile(extra cost).  The town is close enough (10 minutes) to go to dinner, shop, take a deep sea fishing expedition, kayaking, banana boat rides, nightlife, or ATV rental with plenty of desert trails to ride.  Its also far enough to be away from the crowds and hustle and enjoy the slow quiet relaxation of San Felipe.
